Employee Benefits Paid Personal Time All regular full-time Allen Distribution employees are eligible for paid personal time. Eligibility is based on the total length of service with our company. Healthcare Medical coverage is available through Capital Blue Cross and all full-time Allen employees are eligible to participate. A co-pay applies to doctor visits within the provider network. Dental The plan pays 100% for office visits, examinations and x-rays when using a participating provider. Vision The plan pays 100% for eye exams for individuals 19 years and older every 24 months and every 12 months for individuals 18 years and younger when using a participating provider. 401(k) & Profit Sharing Retirement Savings Plan - The Retirement plan is designed to help you save for your retirement. The Discretionary Profit Sharing Retirement Plan is provided for eligible employees with a benefit upon retirement. Life Insurance & Short-term disability Life insurance and short-term disability is provided to eligible full-time employees. Tenure Bonus Program Based on length of service with Allen, we may elect to fund a bonus program using a tenure eligibility format at the end of the calendar year. |
